How do I place and order?
We only accept all orders through our online store, which has a simple interface for all customers to use.  When you find product(s) you would like to order, simply select your quantity and click ‘Add to Basket’.  This will add the products(s) to the Shopping Basket, which can be located on the right hand side of the screen.  Next, click ‘Checkout’ on the right hand side of the screen (just below the Shopping Basket).  Now follow the on screen instructions, where you will be asked to input address and payment details. We estimate the checkout process to take a couple of minutes to complete.  If you run into any issue, please get in touch, we are always happy to help.

When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 14:00 (Monday to Friday), will be processed the same day, and sent using Royal Mail postal services.  Any order placed after the daily cut off, during a weekend or bank holiday, will be processed on the next working day.

Our UK free delivery option has an estimated delivery time of 3 working days, and the next day arrival service will arrive the next working day, subject to the order being placed before the cut off times (see above).

International orders generally arrive within 7 working days, although this may change depending on your local delivery company service levels.

What do I do if I change my mind?
Everyone changes their mind, and we have a no quibble return policy, which gives customers the freedom to exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.  Please click here to view our returns policy and simple step by step process to process to follow.

What are your delivery charges?
All orders we a UK based address are sent for FREE, and we estimate arrival within 3-4 workings days.  If you require your order faster, then we offer a next day delivery service for a charge of £4.50, but please make sure you place your order before 14:00 to ensure it is processed that day.

International orders are very welcome and we charge a flat rate of £3.00 to ship to USA, Canada, and Europe, with a charge of £5.00 per order to any other international address.

Are my personal details safe?
Pombero Limited takes every possible step to ensure your personal information is safe.  All interaction of personal data is undertaken using secure 128bit SSL encryption.  The only customer data we hold is your name, address, email address, telephone number and order history.  All payment details are handled using secure 128bit SSL encryption by our payment provider, and no member of Pombero Limited staff have any exposure to your payment details at any time.

We have a strict policy of not passing any customer information to 3rd parties, and only use your details to make contact regarding an order.  We only send promotional offers to customers who requested to receive such offers during their registration.

Who do I contact if I have an issue?
If you have any query, please use our contact page, and a member of staff will always answer within one working day, although we do aim to reply within a few hours.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
At Pombero Limited, we believe you should be given choice, which is exactly what happens during our checkout process.  You can either select our express checkout, which will ask for address and payment details.  Alternatively, you can create an account during checkout, which gives the benefit of a faster checkout process on all future orders, and access to promotions available only to registered customers.

How do I pay for my order?
Pombero Limited accepts the follow payment methods via internet shop; VISA, VISA Debit/Electron, Mastercard, Mastero, American Express, PayPal, and Google Checkout.

All payment transactions are completed using 128bit SSL encryption, and give our customers a variety payment options to complete orders.
