Everyone changes their mind sometimes, and at Pombero Limited we have a no quibble return policy to allow for this, which gives customers the freedom to exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.

All we ask is that you stick by the following simple guidelines.

To return items, please complete the form enclosed with your order.  If you have lost this, please click here to download a new copy.  The returns form covers all information we need to know, and allows you to indicate if an exchange or refund is required.

Once you have completed the form, please protect the items in suitable packaging and send to, Pombero, PO Box 537, Chatham, ME4 6WJ

Please note, Pombero Limited recommend items be returned using a registered delivery service. Pombero Limited is not responsible for the loss or damage of items during transit.

All returns are completed within 5 working days of receipt, and a member of the Customer Support Team will be contact throughout the process.
